近日，加拿大一直憋着公布的紧缺职业列表终于出台了，并随着又出台了一个有别于加拿大境外符合38类职务的其他技术移民申请者、专门优惠于留学生工签生的内中有内的申请政策，在38类加快审批的优惠旁边，再加一个不在38类之内的留学生工签生的优惠类别，让他们也享受半年到一年的快速审批周期，利益均沾。
